Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes things come up, and I’m happy to accommodate if you need to change your appointment. Please take a moment to read through my cancellation policy:

To cancel your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Full payment for the service is required at the time of booking. If payment is not received, your appointment will be cancelled. If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued. If you are over 10 minutes late, it's considered a no-show. However, if you cancel at least 24 hours before your session, you will receive a 50% refund of the full price. A full refund will only be provided if I need to cancel the session. Once the session is completed, no refunds will be issued.
